At Ascent Bulk, we believe that a strong team spirit is built not only in the workplace but also through shared experiences outside of it. Every year, we honour a special tradition: taking our team on a trip abroad to connect, recharge, and enjoy time together in a new environment. For 2025, our chosen destination was the Land of Smiles — Thailand.
Our journey started in the serene coastal town of Hua Hin. Known for its calm beaches and rich history, Hua Hin offered the perfect setting to slow down, play games, and enjoy a relaxed atmosphere together. Walking through its streets, visiting local sites, and taking in the seaside air gave everyone a chance to unwind while deepening connections with colleagues in a setting far from meeting rooms and busy schedules.
After a refreshing time in Hua Hin, we headed back into the buzz of Bangkok, a city that never sleeps. Here, the team fully embraced the energy of Thailand’s capital — from lively shopping trips and delicious Thai food to evenings filled with fun, music, and laughter. The mix of cultural exploration and shared enjoyment created countless memorable moments, reminding us how much stronger we are when we come together.
This trip was much more than a holiday. It was an opportunity to reinforce the values that define Ascent Bulk: teamwork, resilience, and the joy of shared success. By stepping outside our daily routines, we not only recharged but also strengthened the bonds that make our team unique.
As we return home, we bring back not just souvenirs but a renewed sense of energy, camaraderie, and purpose. The memories from Thailand will stay with us, fueling our motivation for the challenges and opportunities ahead.
